Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group seeks a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the pharmacy staff and operations in Greensboro, NC. The role ensures safe, efficient, compliant workflows and contributes to policy development for pharmacy services.

Required are a PharmD or equivalent, NC licensure (or eligibility within 2 months) and CPR/BLS certification. Leadership experience is preferred to guide inventory, dispensing, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Current active license to practice pharmacy in NC, or eligible to obtain NC license within 2 months.
• CPR/BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider) required.
• Preferred: 3+ years in a pharmacy leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the pharmacy department and staff scheduling.
• Responds to complex customer inquiries about pharmacy services and drug information.
• Oversees inventory control and delivery of medications and supplies to patient care.
• Prepares drug usage and inventory reports and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
