Job summary

Under supervision, you will lead training of technicians, manage scheduling, contribute to inventory, and help with immunizations and health services where allowed. A High School Diploma and PTCB/ExCPT certification are required, along with fluent English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; PTCB/ExCPT certification preferred/required.
• At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; flexible schedule willingness.
• Ability to work under pharmacist supervision and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including data entry and prescription processing.
• Support non-clinical tasks, inventory management, and reporting to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead technician training, supervise staff, and participate in performance management.
• Engage customers, resolve complaints, and enhance positive patient experiences.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and Good Faith Dispensing practices.
• Coordinate with stores on immunizations, health screenings, and outreach.
