Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Minnesota.
• 7+ years of pharmacy management experience at district level or above.
• Multi-store pharmacy leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and related compliance.
• Ability to travel locally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire pharmacy leadership teams across districts.
• Develop growth strategies including acquisitions, clinical services, 340B relationships, and long-term care opportunities.
• Own pharmacy financial performance including sales, gross margin, labor, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and other key business objectives.
• Champion regulatory compliance, HIPAA, and prescription monitoring requirements.
• Build partnerships with Finance, HR, IT/IS, Marketing, and vendors to achieve goals.
• Elevate guest experience by mentoring teams to be friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
