Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience leading teams and ensuring quality and compliance.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of NV.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff to meet goals.
• Manage budget and achieve site financial targets, including cost controls.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure medication needs are met.
• Drive process improvements for operational efficiency and service quality.
