Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care and counseling.
• Ensure safe and compliant prescription fulfillment following CVS policies and regulations.
• Onboard new pharmacy team members and coach staff to improve performance.
• Oversee scheduling and manage inventory, including cold chain protection.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Collaborate with store leadership to maintain talent pipeline across the market.
• Deliver immunizations and clinical pharmacy services where permissible.
