Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a General Manager for Omnicare to coordinate pharmacy operations across facilities and lead a team to deliver compliant, high‑quality service.

Reporting to the District Director of Operations, you will develop strategies to improve operational excellence, manage the budget, and ensure the right drug is delivered at the right place and time, with a strong focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in NV in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational performance of the designated pharmacy and meet financial and compliance targets.
• Consult with internal and external partners to ensure medication needs are met and identify risks.
• Tap into supply chain and operations expertise to improve processes and efficiency.
• Mentor, develop, recruit, train, and engage pharmacy staff to meet goals.
• Ensure activities comply with state and federal regulations for pharmacy operations.
• Manage the budget and achieve site financial goals, optimizing costs per script.
• Reinforce policies and processes to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
