You will manage multiple projects, translate business needs into high-quality requirements and designs for Pharmacy Markets applications, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and project management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Six-Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong MS Office and data presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement product/program designs and ensure quality standards, financial performance, and regulations are met.
• Develop standardized processes and effective measurement, evaluation and improvement methods.
• Collaborate with business owners to identify areas for improvements and to develop action plans.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure program effectiveness and manage projects.
• Escalate or resolve complex issues as needed.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and designs for Pharmacy Markets applications.
