Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement product/program designs and ensure quality standards, financial performance, and regulations are met.
• Analyze data processes, business processes, and interfaces to support program oversight and improvements.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure program effectiveness and manage projects.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Develop business and pharmacy benefit solutions to meet goals and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization and stakeholders.
