Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for NCH in Colebrook, NH to lead the pharmacy team in a community healthcare setting. You will partner with providers and clinic staff to deliver team-based care with a strong pharmacy component, ensuring compliant, patient-centered service.

The ideal candidate has a pharmacy degree, NH license, and at least 3 years in retail or clinic pharmacy management, with proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current New Hampshire Pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager and/or Executive VP of Operations to ensure optimal service, legal compliance, and policy alignment.
• Maintain daily operation by supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Provide technical and customer service training for staff.
• Review and update drug-therapy guidelines and policies with leadership.
• Provide drug information to meet physicians' and nurses' needs.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as required.
• Stay current on drug therapies and interactions through literature and professional affiliations.
• Other duties as assigned.
