Job summary

VytlOne seeks a compassionate Pharmacy Manager for NCH Colebrook, NH—a community healthcare center based retail pharmacy. The role collaborates with providers to deliver team-based care with a strong pharmacy component, aiming for optimal patient outcomes.

Manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to effective, high-quality patient care. Vaccines knowledge and patient-centered service are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current New Hampshire Pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager and/or Executive VP of Operations to ensure the pharmacy provides optimal service and complies with policies and standards.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to maintain daily operations.
• Provide technical and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
• Review and update drug-therapy guidelines and policies for physicians, nurses and pharmacists.
• Provide drug information to meet clinical needs through direct contact or in-service programs.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as requested by leadership.
• Maintain current knowledge of drug therapies and interactions through literature, seminars and affiliations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
