VytlOne in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to lead the pharmacy team and ensure high quality patient care. The PIC will oversee operations, counsel patients, manage staff, ensure compliance, and coordinate with medical staff.

The role offers a competitive salary around $165,000–$170,000 annually. Requirements include NY Pharmacist license, PharmD preferred, and at least three years of pharmacy experience with some management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in New York.
• Three years pharmacy experience; one year managerial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate all pharmacy activities, including dispensing and staffing.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians; ensure adequate staffing and training.
• Maintain drug therapy knowledge and provide patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and record-keeping.
