Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with eligibility for PIC/COR status.
• Experience in pharmacy management and staffing.
• Familiarity with IV compounding in segregated area.
• Ability to coordinate on-call and weekend coverage.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and Consultant of Record (COR), maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Provide pharmacy staffing and oversee team performance.
• Manage daily operations within pharmacy hours: Monday through Friday, 8:0 am to 4:30 pm.
• Participate in weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage to support pharmacy needs.
• Ensure proper execution of sterile IV compounding within a segregated compounding area (non-chemotherapy).
