Rx Relief is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a busy pharmacy near Bradenton, Florida. This role requires PIC/COR licensure and oversight of daily operations, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and high-quality patient care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate on-call coverage, and participate in budget and quality initiatives, ensuring safe, efficient medication use in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Pharmacist License eligible to serve as PIC/COR.
• IV compounding experience required (non-chemo).
• Strong leadership and operating experience in pharmacy.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day pharmacy workflows and staff scheduling.
• Provide on-call coverage and after-hours support.
• Oversee dispensing, QA monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise IV compounding and communication with clinical staff.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost-containment initiatives.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with hospital committees to align goals.
