Job summary

Albertsons Companies in California is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a team and deliver direct patient care and wellness services. You will manage disease state therapy optimization, acute and chronic conditions, and supervise pharmacy staff.

Under the Division Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for financial performance, pharmacy operations, safety and compliance, and implementing profitability initiatives while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or NABP FPGEC.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.

• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferredAbility to work a variety of schedules
