Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a team in a dynamic, patient-centered setting. You will be responsible for direct patient care, medication therapy optimization and ensuring high-quality service while managing daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy, active state licensure, and immunizer certification, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred; ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of the pharmacy and serve as pharmacist in charge.
• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruit, train and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.
