Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Portland, OR is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team and deliver high-quality patient care. You will oversee operations, maintain compliance, and drive initiatives to improve profitability while upholding service standards.

As a licensed pharmacist with supervisory experience, you will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, and partner with leadership to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work a variety of schedules

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.
• Actively delivers patient care services
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance

• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability
