Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a patient-centered pharmacy team in the Tacoma area. You will provide direct patient care, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

You will mentor staff, drive initiatives for improved patient outcomes, manage schedules, and collaborate with leaders to maintain compliance and profitability while serving the community with dedication.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in state with active license in good standing.
• Pharm.D or PharmD-equivalent (FPGEC) or higher.
• Immunizer certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

As a Pharmacy Manager for our company, you will be part of a team that is committed to providing direct patient care and wellness services. You will play a valuable role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering outstanding patient-centered care and assisting in managing acute and chronic conditions.

Main Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work a variety of schedules
