Qualifications

- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, compliance, and insurance billing.
- Experience with pharmacy software and technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Counsels patients on medication usage, interactions, side effects, and OTC products.
- Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
- Ensures accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance; manages workflow and staff scheduling.
- Opens/closes the pharmacy, coordinates with Store Manager on strategic opportunities.
- Maintains IT knowledge of pharmacy systems and supports staff and patients.
