Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliant dispensing, and deliver exceptional patient care across immunizations, drug interactions, and wellness services. Qualifications

Pharmacist licensure in states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and billing.
Experience with pharmacy software, tech systems and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

Counsel patients on medicine usage, interactions, and safety.
Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
Assess prescriptions and dispense accurately while complying with laws.
Lead pharmacy operations, scheduling, and staff development.
Collaborate with Store Manager on business opportunities and community outreach.
Maintain IT systems knowledge for workflow and documentation.
Ensure accuracy of insurance claims and coordinate with providers.
