Qualifications

• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substances laws.
• Strong leadership with a proven performance history (internal candidates).

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure Good Faith Dispensing and compliance with controlled substance laws.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain pharmacy IT knowledge and manage inventory and billing processes.
• Support insurance claims and participate in third‑party audits.
• Lead training and performance development for pharmacy staff.
