- Ensures regulatory compliance and efficient pharmacy workflow; oversees staff scheduling.
- Maintains Good Faith Dispensing practices with state and federal laws.
- Leads staffing, performance reviews, and career development for pharmacy staff.
- Supports IT, inventory management, billing, and customer service excellence.
- Develops community relationships and promotes health and wellness initiatives.
