You will oversee immunizations, drug therapy reviews, and wellness services, maintain accurate dispensing, and collaborate with providers to expand community health access. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge required.

Qualificações

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.

Responsabilidades

• Engages patients to ensure a positive experience and answers questions.
• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, generics and OTC products.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance of prescriptions.
• Oversees pharmacy operations, staff scheduling and workflow improvements.
• Supports patient registration and resolves issues in virtual environments per policy.
• Maintains IT knowledge of pharmacy systems and inventory management.
• Processes insurance claims and handles third-party audits.
• Supports physicians and providers to clarify prescriptions and dosing.
