This contract-to-hire role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes, oversee inventory, immunizations, MTM services, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Immunization certification and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pharmacy staff, including technicians, interns, and students.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of medications.
• Provide patient counseling, education, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Oversee inventory management and medication storage procedures.
• Administer immunizations and support preventative health initiatives.
• Deliver MTM and point-of-care testing services.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, HIPAA, and pharmacy regulations.
• Support community outreach programs and build partnerships to improve patient access to care.
