Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to ensure patient care and compliance.
• Provide patient counseling and support immunization efforts.
• Oversee prescription fulfillment and workflow to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Coach and evaluate staff, manage scheduling, and ensure regulatory adherence.
