Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide patient care.
• Ensure safe dispensing and counseling; promote immunizations.
• Oversee workflow and regulatory compliance within the store.
• Onboard new staff and conduct ongoing training.
• Partner with Store Manager on staffing and performance management.
