Qualifications

• Active license in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Listed as pharmacist in charge on state license.
• Submit PMP information to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy staff including pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Oversee operations, patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage inventory, profitability and loss prevention.
• Drive patient care programs and improve outcomes.
