Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Coach the pharmacy team to meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow workflows.
• Provide patient counseling and immunizations where permissible.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and onboarding for technicians and pharmacists.
• Maintain compliance with state laws and CVS Health policies.
