Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, dispensing and patient counseling, and to lead and coach staff. This role partners with clinic teams to deliver pharmacist care services and ensure quality and compliance.

Located at Community Guidance Center, Indiana PA, hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm. Salary ranges from $112,700 to $193,200 annually, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current PA pharmacist license.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.
• Preferred: 3+ years pharmacy leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience.
• Serve as an expert to the clinical staff and support clinical outcomes.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage and adverse effects.
• Ensure the pharmacy and staff follow state and federal laws.
• Perform wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care.
• Drive profitability and identify growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Develop and coach pharmacy staff to meet potential and service standards.
• Promote a collaborative team culture and core values.
• Recruit top talent for pharmacy roles and maintain workforce planning.
• Review KPIs with staff and identify trends for improvement.
• Build relationships with community and clinic partners to meet needs.
