Qualifications

• Pharmacist license held in Indiana with current status.
• Certified immunizer or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience and build solid relationships.
• Serve as an expert to clinical staff and meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and questions.
• Ensure pharmacy and staff follow state and federal laws and policies.
• Provide wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Foster an engaging team environment reflecting company values.
• Promote recruitment of top talent across pharmacies.
