Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Michigan is required.
• Immunizer certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Pharmacy leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and helps meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsels patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and questions.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws by the team.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Drives financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities.
• Coaches pharmacy staff and promotes a positive culture.
• Promotes recruitment of top talent at our pharmacies.
• Reviews KPIs and identifies trends for improvement.
• Conducts workforce and business planning for site operations.
• Builds relationships with community, stakeholders and clinics.
• Drives marketing plans and materials for pharmacy offerings.
