CVS Health in Washington state is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy staff, ensure patient safety, and drive quality care for every customer. You will oversee regulatory compliance, inventory, and workflow while focusing on exceptional service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e., APhA).
• Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist in charge’.
• Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Staff (pharmacists and technicians) and oversee operations.
• Ensure Patient Safety, Pharmacy Professional Practice, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service.
• Manage Personnel, Inventory, Financial Profitability, and Loss Prevention.
• Drive team development, identify opportunities to grow and improve performance, and implement solutions.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
