Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
- Listed as the pharmacist in charge on the pharmacy state license.
- Submission of required PMP information to the state PMP administrator.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct Pharmacy Staff (Pharmacists and Technicians).
- Oversee management, oversight and operation of all pharmacy aspects.
- Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Drive customer service, profitability and loss prevention.
- Develop staff, balance assignments and close knowledge gaps.
