• Listed as pharmacist in charge on the state license.
• Submission of required PMP information for access (where applicable).

• Lead and direct the Pharmacy Staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage inventory, workflow, and financial profitability.
