Job summary

The ideal candidate has pharmacist licensure in the state, an active NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Attend and schedule pharmacy operations with reliability.
• Coach and supervise pharmacy staff to deliver patient care.
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver immunizations and clinical services where permitted by law.
• Manage inventory and ensure cold chain integrity.
