Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a pharmacy team that delivers exceptional patient care, counseling, and immunization services while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coach the bench, oversee fulfillment, manage inventory, onboard staff, and partner with the Store Manager to maintain staffing. A valid Pharmacist license and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience are required. 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks, ensure labeling accuracy
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people, respond to patients
• Communication Skills: verbal and written interaction, active listening
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescriptions, day’s supply, bottles
• Problem Resolution: handle challenging patient/colleague interactions
• Physical Demands: mobility, lifting, visual acuity
