Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend to regular and predictable store duties, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide patient counseling, immunizations and medication reviews.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff and manage performance.
