Job summary

CVS Health in Florida seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team and deliver exceptional patient care, counseling patients, and immunizations, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

You'll partner with the Store Manager to develop talent, manage scheduling, and maintain safe and efficient operations across the pharmacy, including inventory and workflow improvements to support the community's health needs.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing and counseling.
• Overseeing the pharmacy team during bench shifts and coaching performance.
• Supporting safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and regulatory compliance.
• Onboarding new technicians and pharmacists, including training on CVS workflow.
• Maintaining inventory, with focus on cold chain products, and optimal workflow.
