Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly between tasks, ensure label accuracy and patient safety
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner, respond to patient reactions
• Communication Skills: effective verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate daily supply, tablets, and bottle counts
• Problem Resolution: address challenging patient or colleague interactions with appropriate action
• Physical Demands: mobility, lifting, reaching, and visual requirements
• Team Management and Leadership: lead by example, delegate, train, and supervise pharmacy staff
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
• Preferred Qualifications: CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader program; 3-5 years in pharmacy/retail; willingness to work across locations
