Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Listed as 'pharmacist in charge' on the pharmacy state license.
• Submission of required information to PMP administrator to register for PMP access.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians) and manage operations.
• Oversee patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
