Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy and Indiana Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy and Indiana Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and health practitioners.
