Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Listed as the 'pharmacist in charge' on the state license.
• Submit required information/documents to PMP (where applicable).

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct the Pharmacy staff, including Pharmacists and Technicians.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and customer service.
• Manage inventory, personnel, and financial profitability; prevent loss.
• Drive patient care programs and grow pharmacy services.
• Promote a caring team culture and continuous improvement.
