Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time role leads the pharmacy staff, ensures patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance while driving service and profitability.

You will supervise Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, manage inventory and loss prevention, and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes in the community.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Listed as pharmacist in charge on state license.
• Submission of required information to PMP administrator to register for PMP access.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Staff including Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Drive customer service and profitability.
• Manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes in the community.
