Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and deliver direct patient care while optimizing medication therapy and wellness services. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and work with management on initiatives to improve profitability within a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) is required.
• Active license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability

Education
