National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters in Norcross, GA is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the pharmacy operations and staff performance while ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 standards and state regulations.

The role requires a PharmD or RPh with GA licensure (TN license or willingness to obtain may be required); salary range is $130k-$160k. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree with active state licensure.
• Postgraduate training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in GA; TN license or willingness to obtain may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directs pharmacy and operations functions to ensure effective operations.
• Oversees compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal licensing and standards.
