Qualifications

• Pharm D or R.Ph with clinical experience.
• Active state licensure.
• Minimum 7 years pharmacist experience, preferably with compounding.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directs pharmacy and operations functions to ensure effective operations.
• Oversees compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and standards by agencies.
• Prepares prescriptions, solutions, and medications accurately and promptly.
• Interfaces with physicians and referral sources as required.
• Manages on-call schedule and personnel development, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Oversees team including pharmacists, technicians and interns.
