Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy with an active New York license and at least one year of Director of Pharmacy experience for a direct-hire retail role in Binghamton, NY. This full-time position offers a variable day/afternoon schedule with about 62 hours bi-weekly and a focus on compliant, profitable operation.

Responsibilities include leading staff, performing DRUG Utilization Reviews, managing inventory, and maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Current New York State Pharmacist License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Retail pharmacy management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, ensure smooth operation and quality customer service.
• Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance per regulations.
• Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical stock to meet demand and profitability.
• Align department metrics with performance goals and regulatory standards.
• Address customer issues and collaborate with healthcare providers for clarification.
