CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Rogers, AR store to lead a pharmacy team, deliver exceptional patient care, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. The role involves coaching staff, overseeing dispensing and immunizations, and driving performance improvements within a dynamic retail environment.

The successful candidate will hold an active pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience.

Qualificações

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus.
• Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time.
• Ability to pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
