Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist license in Indiana.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become within 3 months of hire.
• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
• Authorization to administer long-acting injectables or willing within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, clinical and quality aspects of pharmacy services.
• Coach, develop and manage pharmacy staff and operations.
• Counsel patients on medication use, adverse effects and questions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
