CVS Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead a store pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional care. You will supervise bench shifts, onboarding, coaching, inventory control and scheduling, and conduct performance reviews.

You’ll partner with store leadership to maintain a patient‑focused, compliant and welcoming pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead and develop pharmacy team, ensure safe and accurate dispensing and counseling.
• Oversee immunization services and patient care.
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Onboard new team members and coach staff for performance.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain staffing and training.
