The role requires a PharmD or Texas-licensed pharmacist, immunizer certification (or willingness to become one within 3 months), and a commitment to patient-centered care. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current Texas pharmacist license required.
• Immunizer certification or willingness to become within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with state and federal laws and standards.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care.
• Drives financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Coaches and develops pharmacy staff and fosters a positive team environment.
